fantastic visit close to vatican
smooth transfer tasty breakfast excellent coffee
Taxi was booked upon arrival and was ready at the airport. The transfer was smooth. i arrived three hours early and my room was ready, which i really appreciated. breakfast was tasty and the coffee was excellent. It started my days well. i recommend the service.
i found some noise from staff outside the room. it could easily be heard. this was a minor inconvenience.

modern bathroom savory items
The room had a modern bathroom. The shower had excellent water pressure. I liked that. Breakfast offered many choices. I noticed both sweet and savory items were available.
The lighting controls near the bed were a little confusing to operate.

solid stay near vatican
helpful staff included breakfast city views convenient location
the staff helped with car service and maps and understood english well i ate at the restaurant on the 7th floor every morning they served a continental breakfast included with the room my husband had special omelettes they were very accommodating. the rooftop patio offered city views we enjoyed our first evening meal watching the sun set the staff was cheerful. the location allowed walking to the vatican and piazza navona it was convenient for shopping and eateries.
the air conditioner was really not to the standards it had really low flow of air it took forever to get to a nice temperature for the hot summer months

Solid Choice
walkable neighborhood helpful staff wonderful stay
The location is great for getting around. It is a walkable neighborhood. The staff provided suggestions and directions that helped my daughter and I navigate. We had a wonderful stay, and I want to highlight this.
The gym, located in the basement, is very limited. It had only a few free weights and two treadmills. It did not have much space.

The staff was friendly and professional. The taxi was booked by the hotel upon arrival. It was waiting at the airport for a smooth transfer. I really liked that.
